If you are in town for wine trail, Sideways tour, etc. this is a nice place to visit, in central/historic downtown Lompoc (think: W.C. Fields) and close to wine ghetto. New management, very friendly, good food (nice salads, gourmet pizzas, etc.), good wine selection, excellent value.

PS if you are looking for a CA wine experience, I would definitely recommend this area (Los Alamos, Santa Rita Hills, Lompoc wine ghetto) over (my local) SF Wine Country, which is way more harried, expensive, corporate, and with less character and quirkiness – and the wine here is at least as good, if lesser known.
